"The Last Song"
Video Editing and Assembly
"The Last Song" was a project I did, while still in university, for the subject Video Editing and Montage.
The project consisted of creating a video that told a story, with the theme chosen by me, with scenes from other films, series and animations.
The theme I chose was: Post-apocalyptic world.
My intention was to collect and aggregate the best scenes, from different types of audiovisual media, and add background music that conflicted with the theme.
That's how "The Last Song" was born. It tells the saddest and most depressing stories, with fun and energizing background music.
My purpose with this project is to impact the audience in a fun way, and who knows, maybe make them laugh sarcastically at the end.
